I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Aesto clinic (the Provider) and any person (the User) who uses the website www.aesto.bg, including the online shop, the appointment booking system and the services provided.
By using the site, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

III. SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
The Site provides information about:
aesthetic and dermatological treatments;
cosmetic services;
online booking of consultations and treatments;
buying cosmetic products and vouchers;
promotional offers and informational content.
The information on the site is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of any particular result.
IV. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
The User may request a consultation or treatment via the contact form, by phone or through the online booking system.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment. Confirmation is given by an Aesto clinic representative by phone or email.
Aesto clinic reserves the right to change or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances, notifying the client promptly.
Cancellation and no-show policy
The User may cancel or change a booked appointment no later than 48 hours before the appointment time.
If the client cancels at shorter notice or does not turn up (a no-show), Aesto clinic reserves the right:
to refuse future bookings;
to require payment in advance for future services;
to retain an amount paid or a deposit, if one was required.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late, Aesto clinic may shorten the service or cancel the appointment, with no compensation due.
Booking deposit
Aesto clinic reserves the right to require a deposit to confirm a booking.
The deposit may be a fixed amount (for example 50 BGN) or a percentage of the value of the service.
The deposit is deducted from the final price of the service when it is performed.
In the event of a no-show, or a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is not refunded.
V. ONLINE SHOP AND VOUCHERS
1. Registration and voucher purchase
(1) After registering, users may purchase a voucher for a specific service or product from the platform. A user registers as follows:
The User clicks the log-in icon and presses the Sign up button.
To register, the User must enter the required details — first name, surname, email, phone number, address (city, country, street and postcode) — and then enter and confirm a password.
Registration is completed once the User has read and ticked the box confirming they agree to the Platform's Terms and Conditions.
After registering, the User can choose a specific service or product.
In their account, the User can see the value of the services selected.
(2) To complete the purchase, the User must pay the amounts due.
(3) The full value of the product/service is payable at the price stated.
Voucher validity
Vouchers are valid for 3 (three) months from the date of purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once the validity period expires, the voucher can no longer be used and its value is not refundable.
Within the validity period the client may use the voucher for the relevant service, after booking an appointment in advance.
Aesto clinic is not liable if the voucher is not used within its validity period.
Partial use of vouchers
A voucher may be used partially, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where a voucher is used partially, the remaining value may be used for other services or products within the validity period.
Any remaining value cannot be refunded in cash.
Transferring vouchers
Purchased vouchers may be transferred to third parties.
Aesto clinic is not liable if the voucher is used by someone other than the original purchaser.
2. Conclusion of the contract
Art. 8. (1) On making a purchase, the User enters into a Contract with the Platform through the online shop using the Order form. By using this service the user becomes a Client.
(2) The contract is deemed concluded once the Client confirms the Order.
(3) The Client may correct incorrect Order details by contacting the Seller. The Seller is not liable for details entered incorrectly by the Client.
(4) When purchasing a service voucher, the Client pays the price in advance by bank transfer or via a virtual POS terminal, and then contacts the Seller to agree the date, time and place of the service.
(5) If the service cannot be provided on the agreed day, the Seller shall inform the Buyer at least 3 working days in advance and agree a new day and time, no later than three months after the date originally agreed. If the Seller has not informed the Buyer, or the service has not been provided, the Seller must refund the price paid.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown first in euro (EUR) and then in Bulgarian lev (BGN), and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made by:
bank cards;
cash on delivery;
bank transfer;
other methods available on the site.
4. Delivery
Delivery is by courier within Bulgaria.
Delivery normally takes 1 to 5 working days.
Aesto clinic is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The User has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
The product must be:
in its original packaging;
with no signs of use;
accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following cannot be returned:
products with damaged packaging;
hygiene and personal care products once opened;
services that have already been provided.
Return shipping is at the User's expense, unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
VII. MEDICAL LIABILITY
The results of aesthetic treatments are individual and depend on many factors.
Before a treatment, the client may be asked to sign an informed consent form.
Aesto clinic is not liable where medical information has been withheld or provided incorrectly.
VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (design, text, images, logos, software code) is the exclusive property of Aesto clinic.
(2) Users may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any copying for public or commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
IX. PERSONAL DATA
Aesto clinic processes personal data in accordance with applicable law.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aesto clinic is not liable for:
temporary unavailability;
technical problems;
improper use;
external sites.
XI. CHANGES
Aesto clinic reserves the right to update these terms.
XII. GOVERNING LAW
All matters not covered here are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
All disputes are settled by mutual agreement, or failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
XIII. ONLINE PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
Payments on the platform can be made by virtual POS terminal, bank card and other electronic methods.
Aesto clinic does not store bank card details. Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers using secure protocols, including 3D Secure.
Where an unauthorised transaction or abuse is suspected, Aesto clinic reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order.
In the event of a chargeback (a disputed payment), Aesto clinic is entitled to provide the necessary information to the payment operator and the relevant authorities.
Aesto clinic is not liable for delays, refusals or errors in payments caused by third parties — banks, payment operators or service providers.
XIV. FORCE MAJEURE
Aesto clinic is not liable for failure to perform its obligations in the event of force majeure.
Force majeure means unforeseeable events beyond the parties' control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, war, strikes, power or internet outages, regulatory restrictions and other exceptional situations.
In the event of force majeure, performance of obligations is suspended until the circumstances cease.
Aesto clinic undertakes to notify clients within a reasonable time should such circumstances arise.
