1. Subject

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the loyalty programme (the Programme), run by:

Meditsinski tsentar ESTO EOOD, company ID 208710029, registered office and address: Republic of Bulgaria, Sofia City Province, Stolichna Municipality, Sofia 1000, Vitosha district, 77B Kumata Street, floor 4 (the Organiser).

1.2. The purpose of the Programme is to reward the Organiser's clients by awarding points and corresponding benefits as they reach certain tiers.

2. Participants

2.1. The Programme is open to all individuals who are clients of the Organiser and have created an account.

2.2. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2.3. By joining the Programme, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Earning points

3.1. Participants earn points when they use services offered by the Organiser.

3.2. Every cosmetic, aesthetic or medical treatment received earns25 (twenty-five) points.

3.3. Points are awarded only when:

• online booking;
• you attend the booked appointment and the treatment is actually performed.

3.4. No points are awarded for a no-show or a cancellation.

3.5. On registering, the participant receives100 bonus points, once only.

3.6. Bonus points count towards the 12-month period starting from the date of registration.

3.7. Once this period expires:

• if Platinum tier has not been reached — points continue to accumulate;
• if Platinum tier has been reached — the terms in clause 4.6 apply.

3.8. The Organiser may refuse to award points in the event of abuse.

4. Tiers and benefits

4.5. Your tier is based on the points earned over the last 12 months.

4.6. If a participant:

• reaches Platinum tier; and
• uses the free treatment within the same 12-month period;
• once it expires, retains 15% discount on all future online purchases, regardless of points.

5. Terms of use

5.1. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

5.2. Benefits are personal and non-transferable.

5.3. The free treatment cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.4. The Organiser determines which services apply.

6. Validity of points

6.1. Points are calculated over the last 12 months.

6.2. After that period they lapse automatically.

7. Termination

7.1. A participant may end their participation at any time.

7.2. The Organiser may terminate participation in the event of a breach or abuse.

7.3. All points are cancelled upon termination.

8. Amendments

8.1. The Organiser may change the terms, tiers and benefits.

8.2. Changes take effect on publication.

9. Liability

9.1. The Organiser is not liable for technical problems beyond its control.

10. Definitions

• Programme — this loyalty programme
• Participant — a registered client
• Points — the units you collect
• Tier – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
• Benefits — discounts and services
• Online booking — booking through digital channels
• Online purchases — purchases through digital channels

11. Personal data

11.1. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11.2. They are used to run the Programme, to communicate with you and to meet legal obligations.

11.3. Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection.

12. Force majeure

12.1. The Organiser is not liable in exceptional circumstances (disasters, war, outages and the like).

12.2. The Programme may be suspended temporarily.

12.3. If it lasts more than 30 days, it may be terminated.

13. Governing law

13.1. The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.

13.2. Disputes are settled by the competent court.
